אל מול הכאוס – אנחנו הגב השקט שלא נשבר.
במציאות שמשתנה מרגע לרגע, בתוך טלטלות בלתי פוסקות, 
כשהלב מוצף, כשהבטן מתהפכת – אנחנו בוחרות להישאר
להישאר למענם, להישאר ולחבק את האימהות והמשפחות. 
יציבות. שקטות. נחושות. 
מחוברות לאמת אחת, פשוטה ובלתי ניתנת לערעור: 
יש לנו חובה מוסרית.
פדיון שבויים הוא ערך עליון. 
החטופים הם לא סקר. 
הם לא קמפיין. 
הם לא ויכוח פוליטי.
הם אחים שלנו. 
ויש להם פה משפחות שמחכות להם.
החיים לשיקום והמתים לקבורה 
הם חייבים לחזור. 
וכל עוד הם שם – הלב שלנו שם.
אנחנו יושבות בגוף – ועומדות בנפש.
במשך חודשים ארוכים לא כמחווה סמלית, אלא כבחירה יומיומית
בחירה לזכור את מי שנשכחו.

בחירה לא להתרגל.
בכל פעימה. בכל נשימה. בכל מבט – 
אנחנו כאן. 
 
עיניים פקוחות. לב פתוח. תקווה שלא מרפה.
עד שיחזרו כולם.

אנו, אימהות ובנות משפחה של חטופות וחטופים בעזה, עולות לירושלים מזה חודשים עם אזרחים ואזרחיות, נשים וגברים מכל רחבי הארץ שהתגייסו להצטרף אלינו ולהוביל את החזרת החטופים מעזה. יש לנו תקווה ויש לנו חלום. עזרו לנו להפוך את החלום למציאות.
יחד, בגופנו, ללא כל אלימות ובשקט, אנו יושבות לזמנים ממושכים בדרכי הגישה למוסדות שלטון. מטרתנו להפעיל לחץ כבד על הממשלה, בדרישה לחתום מיד על הסכמים שיביאו להשבת כל החטופות והחטופים.

למעלה מ 540 ימים בשבי החמאס, ובתמיכת רוב אזרחיות ואזרחי ישראל, אנו דורשות מממשלת ישראל למלא את חובתה הקדושה ולהחזיר עכשיו את כולן וכולם הביתה. החיים – לשיקום, והמתים – לקבורה.

"משמרת 101" עוסקת בדבר אחד בלבד: החזרת החטופים. אין ולא יהיה לנו שיוך פוליטי. אם הממשלה תתגייס מיד למלא את חובתה – "משמרת 101" תתמוך בכך בכל דרך. אנו קוראות לנשים ואימהות מימין ומשמאל להתאחד מעבר למחלוקות ולקיטוב, ולהצטרף אלינו למען החשוב מכל – הצלת חיי אדם, חיי בנותינו ובנינו. בנות ובני משפחתנו. אזרחיות ואזרחי המדינה.
נפעל בדרכו של גנדי, בפעולות שקטות, המוניות, ממושכות ולא אלימות. יחד נשב על דרכי גישה למוסדות שלטון, תוך שמירה על קוד התנהגות פשוט וברור: בגדים לבנים, ללא שלטים וסיסמאות, ללא צעקות וקללות, ללא תופים ומגפונים. בשקט. אם יבואו לפנות אותנו -- נזכור שהשוטרות והשוטרים אינם אויבים, הם אחיותינו ואחינו. נאיר פנים ולא נתנגד לפינוי, אבל גם לא נסייע לפנות אותנו. 
כדי שהפעולה תצליח דרושות לנו, בכל יום, מאות רבות של נשים, לא פחות. אנא, בואי להיות איתנו. הביאי איתך מחצלת/מזרון קל לשכיבה או שרפרף לישיבה. המשמרת בנויה משני תפקידים חשובים בשטח – נשים יושבות, וגברים תומכים מסביב. אנו קוראות לכולן וכולם לבוא, להיות, ולעזור – בשטח, בעבודות בבסיס האם, בהבאת אוכל, בלימוד משותף, ועוד. יחד נחזיר את אהובינו הביתה.

We, mothers and family members of the women and men abducted in Gaza, call on mothers, women, and people from across the country to join us and lead the effort to bring the hostages home from Gaza. We have hope, and we have a dream. Help us turn that dream into reality.
Together, with our presence, without any violence and in silence, we will sit for extended periods at the access routes to government institutions. Our goal is to exert significant pressure on the government, demanding that it immediately sign agreements to bring all the hostages home.

After nearly 400 days in Hamas captivity and with the support of the majority of Israeli citizens, we demand that the government fulfill its sacred duty and bring everyone home now — the living for rehabilitation and the deceased for burial.
We need your support through donations to cover operational expenses, expand our activities, and ensure their success!
“Shift 101” is focused on one thing only: bringing the hostages home. We are and will remain non-political. If the government immediately steps up to fulfill its duty, “Shift 101” will support it in every way.
We call on women and mothers, from both the right and the left, to unite beyond divisions and polarization and join us for the most important cause — saving lives: the lives of our daughters and sons, our family members, and citizens of this country.
We will act in Gandhi’s path — through quiet, mass, prolonged, and non-violent actions. Together, we will sit on access routes to government institutions, adhering to a simple and clear code of conduct: white clothing, no signs or slogans, no shouting or curses, no drums or megaphones. In silence. If authorities come to remove us, we will remember that the police officers are not our enemies; they are our brothers and sisters. We will greet them kindly and will not resist removal, but we also will not assist in being removed.
For this action to succeed, we need hundreds of women every day — no less. Please, come be with us. Bring a mat/light mattress for lying down or a stool for sitting. The shift is built on two essential roles in the field: women sitting and men providing support around them.
We call on everyone to come, participate, and help — on-site, at the home base, by bringing food, in shared learning, and more. Together, we will bring our loved ones home.
